The Stranger is a weekly Seattle publication with an
emphasis on music, art, film, and politics. Unfortunately they aren't
using freelancers as much as they used to, but I've done quite a bit of
work for them, mainly concert previews. There is a sufficient number of
these that I haven't included all of them in the list below, but if
you really want to read them all, go
to the Stranger site and search on my name.

Concert Previews
Almost all of these require scrolling. Some entries
contain more than one preview by yours truly. These are very short,
and not my best work, but I include them for two reasons: they
illustrate the wide variety of music I can write about intelligently,
and most of them were completed within a 24-hour deadline.
