Jodie Foster Jodie Foster is probably my favorite character actress. Ever since she poisoned Martin Sheen in The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane, she's been a personal favorite. That's not to say that she hasn't made some really bad movies, either (did you see Maverick?). But, for the most part, I like the movies that she's in and her performances in them. And besides, she was the motivation for John Hinkley Jr. trying to shoot Ronald Reagan. That has to be worth something, doesn't it?
