Richard was a builder of houses in Eugene and he also worked on the South Pacific now the Union Pacific Railroad until he retired. Richard was Mike Rouw¹s great uncle. He and my grandfather (Joseph) were brothers. Richard was a railroader, so was my grandfather, father, myself (M. Rouw). Richard divorced Wanda, married Opal, and then in the 1970s he divorced Opal and went back to Wanda.
