Thanks again to Corante's Many2Many for highlighting the latest jwz rant which reminds us how easy it is to get lost in the weeds when building enterprise software. 4000 checklist features will never make up for a shitty user experience. (Great asides about the Netscape-Collabra acquisition experience too.)
