Online data backup

Continuing the trend of moving all my data into the sky, this weekend I selected Data Deposit Box to do automated online backup of my two active home PCs. Those Canadians are at it again - first Flickr, now this - a simple, no nonsense, easy to use service - client software that just works - a UI that makes sense - and a pricing model to match. Unlike the competition (Xdrive, iBackup, and a host of others) who start at around $80/year for their services, these guys just charge you $0.01 per megabyte with no minimum. So, initially, I'll probably be in it for around $40/year for the 350M or so of critical files that need to be backed up offsite. But since their software is continuously backing up new stuff in critical folders, my usage will no doubt grow to way more than that and they'll be laughing all the way to the bank. Brilliant.

I also considered Streamload, which is an interesting service - they let you upload as much as you want, and only charge you for downloads - but their UI just sucks so badly it's painful to use, and their service really isn't set up well for doing backups.
