Jobster!?
A number of people have pointed out to me the apparent contradiction between my tepid response to the news last summer that several of my colleagues were joining Jobster, and my reversal in deciding myself to join them now.
To those people, I say: look at what this team has accomplished in the past 6 months. I have the inside scoop on this, having met with Phil and the founding team before they even had office space, and let me tell you, they have come a long way. In short, they have turned the decidedly un-sexy world of the hiring market into something fun and compelling.
The team that Jason and Phil have assembled, the product that is nearing release, the early customer validation and the confidence of their investors all point to a bright future. I am honored to have been asked to join them.
