Description:
Recently, there have been a number of new liason issues that are not easily amenable to resolution via a teleconference.
These include discussions relating to potential new work occurring in IETF, IRTF and IEEE. In order to get discussions
going and introduce potential collaborators to each other, it seems like a face-to-face meeting would be helpful.
