How does Drizzle handle backups? Can I have my lost file(s) restored? How quickly? Is there a charge for restoring lost files?

So, you've accidentally deleted your entire web site, and the floppy disk that you'd saved it on got eaten by your grandmother's poodle? Don't despair! Drizzle backs up our entire system early every weekday morning. If you need to have a file or files restored from our tape backups, give us a call, and we will search diligently until we find your data for you.

We charge $35 to restore files from our backups, and you will generally have your files restored within two business days.

Of course, we highly recommend that you backup your own data, as well. Save a copy of your web site and other important e-mail and files on your own computer or on Zip disk (or both!), just in case.
