What
if my credit card payment to Drizzle doesn't go through?
If
the payment is for the setup of new service or access, we
must suspend access and services until another form of payment
can be arranged. Please contact
us as soon as possible to arrange for another form of
payment.
If
the credit card we have on file for an active account has
been declined or there was an error in processing it, we
will e-mail you to let you know.
A common cause for the decline of a credit card or debit
card is inaccurate contact information for your account
or an inaccurate expiration date for the card. If your billing
address has changed, please contact us so we can update
our records.
We
will not re-process your card (because we get charged every
time we do so) until you contact our office with updated
information. If you wish to pay by check or money order,
please send payment to:

Please write your user
id on the check or money order.
Remember:

CALL our office to adjust your credit card information.
A
$5 late fee will be assessed if payment is received after
the due date.
