What
is my user ID or login?
When
you sign up for an account with Drizzle, you will choose
a user ID. (User ID and login are the same thing.) This
will be how we'll lookup your account when you contact us.
If
your e-mail address ends with @drizzle.com or @drizzle.net,
your user ID is what directly preceeds the @ symbol. If
you have your own domain name, you can have whatever you
want before the @ symbol; it does not necessarily have to
be your user ID.
No
matter what sort of account you have, your user ID is
what
you use to log into the shell using your FTP client or
what you enter when you telnet or SSH into Drizzle,
or collect your
e-mail from our web-based servers.
If
you don't know your user ID, please call
or e-mail
us.
