How do I telnet or SSH to Drizzle?

You will need telnet software or an SSH program installed on your computer in order to make a shell connection to Drizzle. Although telnetting works, we recommend that people use SSH instead because it provides a secure connection.

If you don't have an SSH program installed, we have links from which you can download one. If you're using Windows, go to:

http://www.drizzle.com/winware/telnetwin.html

If you're on a Mac, try:

http://www.drizzle.com/macware/telnetmac.html

Once you've started up your SSH (or telnet) software, you'll be prompted to enter the Host Name to connect to. Type:

drizzle.com

and hit RETURN.

This will bring you to the login sequence of Drizzle, which will ask you for your login name and password. After that, you're in!

To establish a connection via our Web site, go to the following URL:

and click on the link:

Drizzle Members go to the salon

Enter your login name and password when prompted, and you're done.
